ROSE M. LASHER

Rose Mary Lasher, 68, wife of Ralph Lasher, died at her residence on Dec. 26, 1995.

She was the daughter of the late Peter Cavanagh and the late Edna Myers Cavanagh. A long time resident of La Grangeville, N.Y., she was a member of the Freedom Plains Presbyterian Church and a member of the Skyllkill Chapter, EGA in Hyde Park, N.Y. Locally, she was a very active participant in the Accawmacke Chapter EGA in Onancock, Va.

Mrs. Lasher is survived by three daughters, Suzanne Lasher of Oslo, Norway, Aileen Watson of Richmond, Va., Karen Roche of Thunder Bay, Canada; one son, Gary Lasher of Easton, Md.; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Ahrens of Germantown, N.Y., Eleanor Plass of Columbiaville, N.Y., Edna Mackemull of Nutley, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at the Freedom Plains Presbyterian Church, Route 55, Stringham Road, La Grangeville, N.Y., by the Rev. William Boak at 11 a.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Melfa Rescue Squad, Melfa, Va. 23410, or the Freedom Plains Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 400, La Grangeville, N.Y. 12540. Arrangements are by the B.D. Holland Funeral Home, Nassawadox, Va.
