Brian ``Bud'' Kennedy, 33, of Westmont Ave., died Dec. 26, 1995, in his home.
He was a native of Portsmouth and was a member of Local (NU)80, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was an electrician/journeyman and was currently working at the new Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, P. Gayle Kennedy; one daughter, Rachel Lynn Kennedy of Virginia Beach; father, James Michael Kennedy of Norfolk; four brothers, Roger Kennedy of Cherrion, Va., Pat Kennedy of Chesapeake, John Kennedy and Jeff Kennedy, both of Norfolk; and a host of other family members.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Ocean View Assembly of God by the Rev. Wendall D. Hodges. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Brian ``Bud'' Kennedy Burial Fund. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m.
