Doris Whitley Fuller, 78, of the 900 block of First Colonial Road, died Dec. 26, 1995, in aVirginia Beach nursing home.
She was formerly of Portsmouth and a native of Como, N.C. She was a retired leather alterations clerk from Wayside Cleaners. She was a member of Port Norfolk Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Louise Whitley Evans of Portsmouth; a brother, Samuel W. Whitley of Murfreesboro, N.C.; a granddaughter, Tracy Ann Vaughan Turner of California; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Loving Funeral Home Chapel, Churchland, by the Rev. Jasper Morris. Memorial contributions may be made to the Russell House Resident's Van Fund, 900 First Colonial Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454.
