Connie S. Hunter, 48, of the 400 block of Cobb St., died Dec. 25, 1995, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of North Carolina and was the daughter of the late Fletcher and Lois Smith. She worked at Belo Supermarket for five years and was a member of Stony Branch Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Hunter; three daughters, Shelia Smith of New York; Cheryl V. Hunter and Herbreta L. Hunter of Franklin; one brother; and two sisters, Bertha Saunders and Joyce Copeland; and one grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Stony Branch Baptist Church by the Rev. Thimothy Hicks. Burial will be in Collins Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home in charge.
