Eleanor W. Stith, 96, of the 300 block of Pine St., died Dec. 25, 1995, in her home after a long illness.
She was a native of North Carolina and was the widow of George Stith. A housewife, she was a member of First Baptist Church and was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Delia Ann Williams.
Survivors include two sons, John T. Stith of Richmond and Hiram Stith of Philadelphia; two daughters, Christine Davis of Franklin and Eva Stith of Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church by the Rev. Henry Blunt. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home in charge.
