Theresa Walke of the 2300 block of London Bridge Road died Dec. 26, 1995.
Mrs. Walke, the widow of Dennis T. Walke, was a native of Princess Anne County. She was a member of Mount Zion A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach, and United Order of Tents Charity (NU)133.
Survivors include five daughters, Doris Thomas, Ethel M. Price, Anita Carrington, Jean Wiggins, all of Virginia Beach, and Betty Stewart of Suisun, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a sister-in-law, Pauline Covington of Chesapeake; a brother-in-law, Floyd Walke of Norfolk; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Mount Zion A.M.E. Church by the Rev. Larry S. Hinton. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, in charge.
