If Mr. Clinton wants to be a leader, let him start telling the truth and keep his promise to balance the budget and reform the welfare system. He said he would help the traditional family with tax breaks, but no measure has been signed into law to help the traditional family. The GOP gives him his chance to keep his promise to the people, and he vetoes it.
