William L. ``Tiny'' Coston Sr., 70, of the 5400 block of Bayberry Drive, died Dec. 29, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Mr. Coston was born in Norfolk and was a lift operator at the Naval Supply Center for 23 years. He was a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn R. Coston; a daughter, Carolyn C. Williams and a son, William L. Coston Jr., both of Norfolk; a sister, Vernice Stewart of Burtonville, Md.; brother-in-law, Robert A. Clark of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, William L. Owens, William L. Coston IV, Christopher Coston, James Williams Jr., Christina Sparrow; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev. Anthony E. Moses. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at the home at 11 a.m. Wednesday for the processional to the funeral chapel. Public viewing will start Tuesday at 10 a.m.
