Harold E. Wilkins, 46, of the 2000 block of Brookland Drive, died Dec. 28, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General.
He was a native of Norfolk.
He is survived by his wife, Constance Wilkins of Chesapeake; two daughters, Regina Belfield of Chesapeake, Tamara Wilkins of Portsmouth; son, Kenneth E. Jones of Norfolk; mother, Mary L. Dual of Chesapeake; sister, Grezella Lewis of Chesapeake; three brothers, Torrence Dual of Chesapeake, Chorya Dual of Norfolk, Lawrence Dual of Reston, Va.; one grandchild; special friend, Zita Smith of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by Pastor Courtney B. McBath and the Rev. Mason in Calvary Revival Church, Norfolk. Burial is in Lincoln Memorial Park. Viewing will be today from 3 to 8 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at 2007 Brookland Drive, Apt. A, Chesapeake, at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday for the procession to the church. Pretlow's Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
