Angelo Christy ``Turk'' Sabato, 78, of the 5000 block of Commons Court, died Dec. 31, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Sabato, a retired radar specialist, worked in the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a native of Norfolk and a Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Pattie Sabato; three daughters, Antonia ``Toni'' Moxley of Chesapeake, Angela Sabato of Norfolk and Nancy Beery of Westfield, Ind.; two sons, John Sabato of Waverly, Va., Joe Sabato of Hastings, Fla.; a sister, Candida Romano of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a brother, John Pellicani of Brooklyn; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, Virginia Beach, is in charge.
