Ann Schaefer Hodgman, 77, of the 5500 block of Lawson Hall Road, died Jan. 1, 1996, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mrs. Hodgman was born in Savannah, Ga., and was the widow of Charles Milton Hodgman Jr. Mrs. Hodgman was a member of Old Donation Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include a daughter, Flossie Hodgman Tugwell of Virginia Beach; a sister, Ruth Schaefer Hitch of Norfolk; and a brother, George Edward Schaefer of Richmond.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1996, at 2 p.m. in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery by the Rev. John H. Emmert. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Virginia Beach General Hospital Auxiliary.
