Mary S. Hamilton, 77, of the first block of Radford St., died Dec. 30, 1995, in Maryview Medical Center.
She was a jewelry technician for Ben Cooper and Co. She was the widow of Johnnie G. Hamilton and a member of Third Baptist Church of Portsmouth where she was involved with the usher board.
She was predeceased by her sister, Eula Griffin. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Patterson of Newark, N.J.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Joe B. Fleming in Third Baptist Church. Viewing will be today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, Portsmouth, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church.
