Emily Russ Hill, 50, formerly of Wilmington, N.C., died Monday, Jan. 1, 1996.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas F. Hill Jr.; son, Robert B. Byrd of Wilmington; stepson, Thomas F. Hill III of Charlotte, N.C.; brother, George B. Russ of Wilmington; and a niece, Cathy Russ of Wilmington.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5 in St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Reedville, Va. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9 in Oakdale Cemetery, Wilmington, N.C. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lancaster/Northumberland Unit of the American Cancer Society.
