Naomi Turner, 84, of the 2400 block of East Virginia Beach Blvd., died Dec. 31, 1995.
The funeral will be at noon Saturday in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 1500 Delevann St., Norfolk, at 11 a.m. on Saturday for the procession to the church. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
