Jesse Warren, 78, a longtime resident of Norfolk, died in Florida on Jan. 1, 1996.
Mr. Warren worked for Tidewater Construction for 40 years building bridges and tunnels.
He is survived by his wife, Louise; and daughter, Patricia Rose, both of Florida; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters in Virginia.
Jesse will be buried in the Raleigh N.C. National Cemetery at noon on January 10. The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
