Kevin Todd Anderson, 23, of the 600 block of South Lake Circle, died Dec. 31, 1995, in New Kent County, Va.
He was a native of Virginia Beach and worked as an electrician for John E. Hall-Electrical Contractors.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon Nicole Smith Anderson; son, Preston Todd Anderson of Chesapeake; mother, Jerree Smith Anderson of Chesapeake; sister, Dana Harkleroad and her husband, Jerry of Chesapeake; two brothers, Shawn Anderson and his wife, Melissa of Chesapeake, Mark Anderson and his wife, Wendy of Chesapeake; two nieces; and two nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday by Pastor Daniel Quiram in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at 612 South Lake Circle, Chesapeake. Memorial donations may be made to the Kevin Todd Anderson Memorial Fund, c/o John E.
