REGRESSIVE

I want to make sure I understand this furloughed-federal-worker program:

Don't work; the government will eventually pay you.

Don't spend money because, unlike Congress, real people have to have money in a checking account before writing a check.

After the shutdown, the government will require you to work overtime - at time and a half - to make up for the work you missed. Sound familiar?

All this and we balance the budget, save money, help the economy.

If the opposite of pro is con, does that mean the opposite of Progress is Congress?
