Victoria Ann Hiers, 28 months, died peacefully on Friday, Jan. 5, 1996.
She is survived by her parents, Sharon and Todd Hiers; her sister, Kaitlin Hiers; her grandparents, Ellen Kreuter of Richmond, Jack Kreuter of Richmond, Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Headley of South Carolina, and Mr. Dan Hiers of Georgia; and her aunt, Wendy Kreuter.
Funeral services will be private. Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Edmarc Hospice for Children, P.O. Box 7188, Portsmouth, Va. 23704, or to the National Tay-Sachs Association, 2001 Beacon St., Brookline, Mass. 02146.
