Armed robbery, 1200 block of N. George Washington Highway, Crown Station. A man entered the business, asked for a package of cigarettes then aimed a large caliber revolver at the clerk and demanded money. Dec. 18.
Armed robbery, Deep Creek Boulevard at Darley Lane. The victim was was approached by three juveniles. The one who was armed told the victim to ``Give it up.'' Then the victim was forced to lie on the ground while his pockets were searched. After cash and three bags of groceries were taken, the suspect pulled the trigger twice. Description of suspects: No. 1, black male, late teens, 150 pounds, wore a navy blue jacket and blue jeans. No. 2, black male, late teens, 150 pounds, wore a burgundy jacket and blue jeans. Armed robbery, 4400 block of Pepperidge Court. The victim was getting out of her car when a man pulled at her purse from behind, then threatened her with a baseball bat. A second suspect stood nearby with a baseball bat. Description of suspects: No. 1, late teens, 5-feet-9-inches, 175 pounds, wore all black including a mask. No. 2, black male, late teens, 5-feet-7-inches, 150 pounds, wore dark clothing and mask. Dec. 14.

Armed robbery, 3100 block of Western Branch Blvd., Burger King. The suspect came up to the victim in the parking lot and demanded money. Then he grabbed the bag of Burger King food and her purse. As the suspect fled, two other males joined in. Description of suspects: No. 1, black male, late teens, 6-feet, 150 pounds, dressed in black including a ski mask. No. 2 and No. 3, black males, late teens, 5-feet-5-inches, 140 pounds. Dec. 18. by CNB
