Charles L. ``Chuck'' Kelly Sr., 52, of the 600 block of Fox Hollow Lane, Virginia Beach, died Jan. 6, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Kelly was born in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., and was a civil service worker at Dam Neck Naval Station. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette ``Pat'' Kelly of Virginia Beach; a son, Charles L. Kelly Jr. of Moyock, N.C.; his mother, Lila Mae Kelly of Greenville, Tenn.; a grandson, Charles Ryan Kelly of Moyock, N.C.; and two step-grandchildren.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, today from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Mobile, Ala. Memorial donations may be sent to the Fentress Fire Station or the Hickory Rescue Squad.
