Frances D. Wilson, 87, of the 3300 block of Illinois Avenue, died Jan. 6, 1996, at her home.
Mrs. Wilson was a native of Jelico, Tenn.
Survivors include her husband James A. Wilson; two daughters, Virginia Rose Williams, Debra K. Ruth; two sons, James H. Ruth, Robert L. Ruth, all of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A chapel service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Rick Hocker. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
