Jesse Ray Fowler, 2 day-old infant, of the 7700 block of Fayver Ave., went to be a flower in the Lord's garden on Jan. 7, 1995.
He was born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth.
He is survived by his mother, Nicole Seretha McMillan and father Mickey Joe Fowler; maternal grandmother, Joyce McMillan of Enterprise, Kansas; paternal grandparents, Jesse Fowler Jr. of Spartanburg, S.C. and Mary Smith of Greenville, S.C.
A funeral service will be private. Jesse will be laid to rest in Spartanburg, S.C. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
