During the blizzard of '96, there was a knock on the door.
There stood a grandson. ``Just thought I would stop by,'' he said. I know better. He was checking up on me.
The next morning another knock, a great-grandson, age 4. ``Dad is scooping your walk,'' he said, ``so you won't fall down and get hurt.'' A different grandson was clearing the walk.
What a family!
