When are we, the people, going to wake up? How can we sit here and wait to vote every four years on come politician who is promising just what he or she has to in order to get elected?
Once in office, politicians' whole agenda changes, and why not? They've got the power and the six-figure salary. If anybody deserves that amount of money, it is soldiers fighting for this country, not some politician whose only fear would be if the ink will run out in the middle of a veto.
Speaking of soldiers, why send personnel to Bosnia? What about the fights against drugs, racism, poverty and pollution here in the United States?
Our government needs to stop spending millions of dollars on other countries and start saving millions of Americans first!
