Carl Otis Hall, 66, of the 2200 block of Kings Highway, died Jan. 9, 1996, in a Suffolk hospital.
Mr. Hall, a native of East Port, Maine, was retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in 1989 as a planner/estimator in the Public Works Department. He was a member of the American Legion and Bide-A-Wee Golf Course. He was a Navy veteran of Korean and Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Mary L. Hall; a daughter, Debra Lynn Cook of Prescott, Ariz.; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Kathy Smith of Suffolk; two brothers, Richard Hall of Round Pond, Maine, Ronald P. Hall of East Port; two grandsons; a sister-in-law, Helen Hall of Orrington, Maine; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the residence on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions may be made to the American Leukemia Society. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements.
