Evelyn Louise Vaughan Wright, 83, died Jan. 8, 1996, in her residence.
She was a retired secretary for the vice-president of Smith-Douglass, where she had worked for 11 and a half years. She was a native of Richmond, Va., and the widow of William G. Wright Jr. She was a Baptist and a member of AARP.
She is survived by her brother, George C. Vaughan of Richmond.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Franklin D. Howlett in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
