WILLIE H. ELLIS

Willie Pat Holland Ellis, 93, of 314 S. Main St., died Jan. 8, 1996.

She was the daughter of the late Rosa Ella and James Causey Holland and a native of Drum Hill, N.C. She was predeceased by her husband, Leroy Ellis. Prior to moving to Suffolk in 1958, they resided in Hopewell, Va. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Doris Ellis Heffington of Suffolk and Marie Ellis Holland of Arlington, Va.; a sister, Gillette Holland Cobb of Suffolk; and a brother, Howard Causey Holland of Alexandria; five grandchildren, Darlene H. Parr, Thomas E. Heffington, Paula H. Warner, all of Suffolk, David P. Holland of Lake Ridge, Va., and Daniel L. Holland of Fort Collins, Colo.; and nine great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will recieve friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home Thursday. Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church Family Life Center, 237 N.
