Nellie Marie Hodge, 47, of the 4900 block of Landola Drive, died Jan. 9, 1996.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald G. Hodge Sr.; two sons, Christopher Keeler of Petersburg, Va., and Ronald G. Hodge Jr. of Cherry Point, N.C.; two daughters, Shaitan Morningstar of Virginia Beach and Marchelle Nieder of Fort Lee, Va.; her parents, James D. and Nellie M. Fraley of Bristol, Va.; two brothers, James W. Fraley of South Carolina and Larry Allen Fraley of Texas; two sisters, Linda Carlton of Texas and Patricia Johnson of Bristol; seven grandchildren, Alexis Marie, Christopher, Aleczander, Joshua, Mikaela, Mackenzie and Nicholas.
A memorial service was held in Bristol in Beulah Land Baptist Church, yesterday at 7 p.m. A local memorial service will be held in Virginia Beach at the Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel, Friday at 7 p.m. Burial will be private in accordance with the family's wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the At Home Care Hospice, 3386 Holland Road, Suite 102, Virginia Beach, Va. 23452. Altmeyer Funeral Home in charge.
