Hazel Frances Patterson Hale, 67, of the 100 block of W. Bayview Blvd., died Jan. 9, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital. Mrs. Hale was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include her husband, John J. Hale; a daughter, Linda Frances Hale Hillard of Virginia Beach; three brothers, George S. Patterson Jr. of Norfolk, Eugene Patterson of Virginia Beach, Donald M. Dale of Norfolk; and a grandson, Bret J. Hillard of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
