SATURDAY HOURS

The offices of the Commissioner of Revenue and City Treasurer at City Hall and Tower Mall will be open from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, Jan. 20 to Feb. 10.

The Saturday hours are being offered to allow citizens to pay personal property taxes and purchase 1996 automobile decals.

Free parking at the City Hall garage is available from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on those days.

In addition, employees at the Commissioner of Revenue's office will be available to help citizen's prepare state income tax returns for 1995.

Automobile decals must be displayed no later than midnight Feb. 15. State income tax returns must be filed by May 1.

Appointments for the Saturday morning hours or any weekday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., may be made by calling the Commissioner's office at 393-8771 or the Treasurer's Office at 393-8651. by CNB
