Frances M. Rust, 74, of the 300 block of Haledon Road, died Jan. 11, 1996.
Mrs. Rust, the widow of Harold J. Rust Sr., was a native of Winston-Salem, N.C. She was a Presbyterian.
Survivors include a daughter, JoAnne R. Allen of Chesapeake; a son, Teddy M. Rust of Chesapeake; a sister, Lois Hollis of Sarasota, Fla.; two brothers, Edward L. McDaniel of Belleview, Fla., Duran F. McDaniel of Hampton; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Dushlek and Evelyn Tise, both of Chesapeake; and a host of loving family and friends. She was predeceased by a son, H.J. Rust Jr.; a brother, Walter Clark McDaniel Jr.; and a grandson, Troy Rust.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Sam Austin. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
