Sarah Phillips Latham, age 75, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 1996.
Mrs. Latham was a graduate of Meredith College and a teacher in the Washington, N.C., schools from 1956 to 1973.
Beloved mother of two daughters, Sue L. Leonard of Faulkland, N.C., and Sally Latham of Charlotte, N.C.; two sons, Charles B. Latham of Fayetteville, N.C., and Guy Latham of Greenville, S.C.; one brother, R. A. Phillips Jr. of Scotland Neck, N.C.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, at the Baptist Cemetery, Scotland Neck. Family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m., today at 1104 Church St., Scotland Neck. Arrangements by Scotland Neck Funeral Home.
