Marjorie Jane (Hartberger) Mattox, 73, widow of Willard E. Mattox of Virginia Beach, died Friday, Jan. 12, 1996.
A native of Roanoke, Va., she is survived by a daughter, Karen J. Zingg of Richmond, Va.; a son, D. Keith Mattox of Atlanta, Ga.; a son-in-law, Raymond Zingg of Richmond; and a daughter-in-law, Carol L. Mattox of New Freedom, Pa.; five grandchildren, Steven D. Howell and his wife, Rainey; Kimberly J. Howell, Amy R. Howell, Bradley W. Amiss, all of Richmond, and Damian Andrew Mattox of Atlanta, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Kayla B. Lefferts and Devon Branson Howell, both of Richmond.
The funeral service, conducted by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will be held in the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Home, 2002 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, at 10 a.m., Jan. 15, 1996. The family will receive friends in the family home on Saturday and Sunday.
