James Thomas ``J.T.'' Hall Jr., 79, of Route 1, died Jan. 14, 1996, in his home.
Mr. Hall, a native of Bertie County, N.C., was a retired farmer. He was a member of Ahoskie United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Eunice Cuthrell Hall; a daughter, Katherine Anne Hall of Nags Head, N.C.; a son, Jimmy Hall of Richmond; two sisters, Estelle Nichols of Aulander, N.C., and Doris Conner of Suffolk; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Garrett Funeral Home, Ahoskie, by Dr. Kenneth Hall. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
