Sarah Elizabeth Boyce Pritchard, 100, died Saturday, Jan. 13, 1996, in her residence.
A native of Perquimans County, Mrs. Pritchard was a daughter of the late James H. and Lydia Dail Boyce and the wife of the late Grover Pritchard.
She is survived by three daughters, Rella Elliott of Roper, Lethia Lydia Pierce of Elizabeth City, and Gloria Voigt of Edenton; a son, Horace Evans of Daytona Beach, Fla.; 32 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Edenton by the Rev. Thomas Biggs. Burial will follow in the Beaver Hill Cemetery in Edenton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
