Cody John Christofferson II, two months, died Jan. 12, 1996, at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
He was born in Portsmouth.
Survivors include his parents, Cody and Lisa Christofferson; maternal grandparents, Elizabeth Roemer of Germany and Jim McMahon II of Virginia Beach; paternal grandparents, Rhonda Sexton and Larry Rockwell, both of Oklahoma; maternal great-grandparents, Walter and Irene Lyon of Virginia Beach; paternal great-grandparents, Elmer and Donna Sexton of California; two aunts, Michelle McMahon and Shannon Rockwell; an uncle, Jim McMahon III; god-parents, Deanna Bush and Peter Abbott; many great-aunts and uncles; many cousins; many loving and caring friends; and a very loving and caring person in Cody's life, Saniel Camp.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park by the Rev. John Boddie. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, 601 Children's Lane, Norfolk, Va. 23507, Attention: Halo Fund for Cardiology.
Cody is now in the loving arms of two great-grandmothers, Elvie Sextonand Vera McMahon.
