PAUL E. LEE

Paul Emile Lee, the beloved father, stepfather, friend and grandfather was called home to be with our Lord on Jan. 15, 1996.

Mr. Lee was born on Dec. 25, 1904, in New Orleans, La. He was the son of Joseph and Edna Lee. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from the City of Norfolk. Mr. Lee had a long and full life. He was married to Ouida Wimbish Lee for over 40 years until she died in 1979. He later married Mabel Weaver Lee until her death in 1994.

Mr. Lee was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, he was a 32nd degree Mason with Willis V. Fentress Lodge (NU)296, where he served as Tiler and Marshall for several years. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite Freemansonry.

Survivors include a daughter, Amelia ``Peachie'' Mock and husband, Richard, of Virginia Beach; a stepdaughter, Kimberly White and husband, Bill, of Chesapeake; a stepson, Scott Fisher and wife, Tammy McCutcheon of Virginia Beach; a brother, Ulysis Lee of Norfolk; two grandchildren, Danielle K. Massie and Edward L. Mock; and two stepgrandchildren, T.J. McCutcheon Jr. and Austin Fisher, all of Virginia Beach.

The funeral with Masonic rites will be conducted on Friday, Jan. 19, 1996, at 2 p.m. in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Dr. Kelly J. Burris. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and following the committal service at 5204 Pleasant Hall Drive, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Willis V. Fentress Masonic Lodge (NU)296 Building Fund, 4869 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23462, in his memory.
