Alice Goger Faller, 83, wife of the late William Faller, died Monday, Jan. 15, 1996, in the Sentara Nursing Home.
She was born in Norwich, Conn., on April 3, 1912, a daughter of the late John and Rose Tobaygo. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Goger; a sister, Fannie Moskwa; and four brothers, Edward, Frank, Benjamin, and William Tobaygo.
Survivors include a daughter, Carole S. Land of Virginia Beach; a son, Myles Goger and his wife, Nina, of Crozet; a brother, Stanley Tobaygo of Florida; five grandchildren, Jennifer Goger Bowen of Charlottesville, Va., Jason Goger of Tilghman, Md., Kelly Sheehan of San Francisco, Calif., Heather Land of Virginia Beach, and Colin Sheehan of Blacksburg, Va.
The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday in the Teague Chapel in Charlottesville, where the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. officiated by Paul Rettew of Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. in the Holly Memorial Gardens, Charlottesville.
