Dorothy B. Joyner, 85, of the 1600 block of Isaac St., died Jan. 16, 1996.
She is survived by a son, Eugene C. Joyner of Norfolk; two grandchildren, Alva J. Pennix of Alexandria, Va., Michelle Joyner of Rochester, N.Y.; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at noon in St. Thomas AME Zion Church. Family and friends will gather at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home the day of the funeral.
