AMELIA W. MYERS

Amelia Williams Myers, 80, died Jan. 17, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mrs. Myers, the widow of John A. Myers, was a member of Lee Memorial Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Woman's Missionary group. She was also a member of Tidal Wave Chapter (NU)9, Order of the Eastern Star, AARP, and The Beazley Center. She was a native of West Norfolk.

Survivors include two sisters, Alice Snyder of Newport News and Sadie Parker of Portsmouth; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Dr. Ray O. Jones. The family will be at Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of Lee Memorial Baptist Church, P.O. Box 9187, Chesapeake, Va. 23321.
