Leonard Stanback, 67, of the 1700 block of Camden Ave., died Jan. 16, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
He was a native of Rockingham, N.C.
He is survived by a daughter, Nora Stanback of Newark, N.J.; two sisters, Patricia Davis of Portsmouth, Arleigh Wesley of Dayton, Ohio; four brothers, Rev. Samuel Stanback of Brooklyn, N.Y., Sylvester Stanback of Brooklyn, James Stanback of Patterson, N.J., Clayton Stanback of Charlotte, N.C.; niece, nephew, cousin and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Serenity Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Johnny Warren. Burial is in Lincoln Memorial Park.
