Douglas D. ``Donnie'' MacGregor III, died Friday, Jan. 19, 1996.
Born in Charlottesville on Oct. 5, 1935, he was the son of the late Douglas Donald MacGregor Jr. and Elvira Cabell Boxley MacGregor. Donnie was formerly president of MacGregor Motors. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Gaylee Leavitt MacGregor; his step-daughter, Gaylee Selkirk; a brother, Peter Boxley MacGregor and his wife, Elizabeth Cook MacGregor; and an aunt, Margaret Ellen Boxley Leighton of Waynesboro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Emmanuel Episcopal Church (Greenwood) with Rev. Harold Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in the family section of the churchyard. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Teague Funeral Service in Charlottesville.
