I am grateful to ``Phantom of the Opera''! For the first time in nine years of my working on productions at Chrysler Hall and Scope, my vehicle has been safe while parked in the lot across from the facilities.
After break-ins of my own vehicle and numerous others, especially around the Christmas holidays, it has been nice to see the increased police presence around the venue.
I fear this presence will disappear with the show. Many have voiced complaints about the situation. The complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
My fellow employees, myself and most likely the patrons of the facility are grateful for the service the show has done for all our vehicles this season.
