Charles Percy ``Belly'' Albury Jr., 46, of the first block of Emmons Place, died Jan. 21, 1996, in his residence.
Mr. Albury, a native of Portsmouth, was the son of Gertrude Swain Albury of Portsmouth and the late Charles P. Albury Sr. He was employed with T.O. Williams in Portsmouth for 25 years.
Survivors include an aunt, Barbara S. Taylor, of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
