Zular Banks, of the 700 block of Appomattox St., died Jan. 21, 1996.
She was a native of Edgecombe County, N.C., and a member of First Baptist Church Berkley, Norfolk. She was a member of the choir, the Diamond Jubilee, and the Evergreen S.S. Club.
Survivors include four daughters, Camilla White of Chesapeake, Zular Vernessa Wilson, Vedas V. Savage and Clote O'Neal, all of Norfolk; a son, Pernell Banks of Richmond, Va.; 33 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The funeral will be at noon Friday in First Baptist Church Berkley. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will meet at 1050 Liberty St. at 11 a.m. the day of the service. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
