PATSY H. MAPP

Patsy Hubbard Mapp, 75, died Monday, Jan. 22, 1996, at Northampton-Accomack Memorial Hospital, Nassawadox, Va.

She was a native of Hermatite, Va., and was the widow of Frank B. Mapp. She was a member of Pinnell Chapel United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Ladies Auxiliary Cheriton Volunteer Fire Dept.

She is survived by three daughters, Patricia Sue Rasmussen of Capeville, Va., Darlene M. Hooper, Richmond, Cheryl M. Downing of Cape Charles; sister, Halise B. Hubbard of Cheriton; brother, Benjamin H. Hubbard, Covington, Va.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by father, Elliott Hubbard and mother, Dovie Peppler Hubbard.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. William L. Cash in Lone Star Cemetery, Potts Creek, Va. The family will join friends at Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home, Cape Charles, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Cape Charles Rescue Service, Cape Charles, Va. 23310.
