Joseph J. Price, 52, died Jan. 22, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Price, a retired school teacher, worked for the Norfolk Public School System for 19 years. He was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. He was also a member of Harley Owners Group. Mr. Price was a U.S. Naval veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Susan M. Price; two daughters, Maegan Bagshaw and Nicole Bagshaw of Norfolk; a son, Timothy Michael Price of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Father John Peck OSB. The burial will be private. The family will be at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. today where a Christian Wake service will be conducted at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
