MONROE, Conn. - Jane Hawkins Gerard, 61, of 23 Watch Hill Road, Monroe, Conn. 06468, died Jan. 22, 1996, in Bridgeport, Conn.
She was born May 2, 1934, in Saint Louis, Mo., and was a graduate of Washington University, Saint Louis. She was a former resident of Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Gerard is survived by her husband, Lt. Col. C.G. Gerard, USMC, Ret., of Monroe, Conn.; three sons, Reed G. Gerard of Norfolk, Steven C. Gerard of New York, N.Y., and Ned G. Gerard of Norwalk, Conn.; and two sisters, Barbara Angelozzi of Philadelphia, Pa., and Marjorie Schmidt of Springfield, Ill.
The funeral will be held today with arrangements being handled by Lesko-Miner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street, Monroe, Conn. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Monroe EMS, 7 Sand Hill Road, Monroe, Conn. 06468.
