I have never written a letter to an editor in my 74 years of life.
Several letters were published in praise of The Virginian-Pilot for getting the newspapers out during the recent Norfolk disaster and snowstorm. I agree; the staff did a very good job despite the problems.
But I think praise and many thanks should go also to the house delivery people. We never missed a paper.
