William Milton Marshall, 62, of the 2900 block of Deerpath Road, died Jan. 28, 1996, in his residence.
He was a retired boiler mechanic II for S.P.S.A, Power Plant, Portsmouth, and was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, West Indies.
He was a member of the World Federation of Racing Pigeon Club.
Survivors include his longtime companion and friend, Peggy E. Wilson; two daughters; three sons; two sisters, Audrey M. Jagdoe of Curepie, Trinidad, and Phyllis Ward of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Gladstone Marshall of New York; and one grandchild.
He was predeceased by his parents, Hestal Brooke Marshall and William Milton Marshall.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 31, 1996, at 2 p.m. in Ellis Family Cemetery, Manning Road, Suffolk, with Brother Ashley Ellis presiding. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. and other times at the residence. Harrell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
